Oilfield Chemical Technology Limited (OCTL) is involved in all aspects of oilfield chemistry from the initial drilling of a well to final processing and export of hydrocarbons and has specialised equipment to undertake fluid studies at any point in the field operation.

A critical factor in maximising production is the avoidance of formation damage during the drill-in, completion and any subsequent well bore work over operations.

OCTL bridges the divide between drilling and production chemistry by providing a specific formation damage test facility to examine core/fluid incompatibilities, clean up and stimulation procedures and general fluid stabilities at reservoir temperatures.

It is our experience that the cost of such a study is quickly recovered by the reward of increased productivity, avoidance of damage and reduced well intervention.
